ABOUT ASSIS E MENDES
Founded in 2006, ASSIS E MENDES is a law firm that was born from the experience of its partners in the development of work as corporate lawyers, primarily as legal attorneys of information technology companies and legal advisors of our first customers.
Jointing an corporate culture and IT concepts, such as "Business-Process", we act focusing on our customers' business.
The understanding what is most relevant point of each subject or case, has proven to be one of the excel points of our performance and recognition.
Besides the satisfaction of retaining the customers we add throughout our history, with new members and growth of ASSIS E MENDES, we accumulate experiences in other sectors of the market and multiply our ways of thinking and working ways. Today we deal with international challenges and seek to defend the interests of our clients mainly in Brazil, Mexico and the United States.
We have a strong presence in civil rights advisory and business, Software licensing agreements, procurement and overall management of legal departments. We also have experience with foreign clients and work so as to provide maximum comparative information for our clients to make the right choices based on our working model and "Doing Business Brazil".
On litigation Area, considering the peculiarities of the Latino America´s Judiciary, we give preference to the strategic actions, mass litigations.
